This was my first try at makeing "Moink Balls" Although I made them on a Gasser, Hope you guys aren't mad at me, But smoker converstion bit the dust, am In the Process of buying a "Brinkman offset smoker" soon, I have to say, they did taste great along with the other food I cooked :razz: . I did a Polish kilebasa some white Brats, above I took some Zuccini and crooked neck squash, gave them a bath EVOO. and Garlic Salt, and some Italian Bread dipping seasoning , They all came out great, the kids cleaned the plates, there was only a few moink balls leftover, but by morning they were gone also, guess there was a Midnight raid on the fridge:lol: . all in all it went well, I only used 1 of the 3 burners and it maintained a 230 temp range.
