First I made the sausage base. 1lb of JD sage and 1/2lb of JD regular

Second I added a layer of chili

Third I added a layer of chopped red onions

Next a layer of Cheddar cheese

Then I attempted to roll and added some plowboys yardbird (also pictured is a bacon explosion for tomorrow)

Then into the smoker with some hickory for about 2hrs@ 250

Then taken off the smoker

I added too much filling :doh:

It tasted awesome!
 
I'm glad it tasted awesome. Too much filling makes for an oozy fattie with appearance that we can't discuss...
