A-Maze-N Smoker vs Tube smoker

Any thoughts of which would be better to cold smoke with in a vertical, cabinet style smoker? I am leaning towards the tube. Here is the link to A-Maze-N and also a picture of my smoker if that helps anyone.

Nice cabinet! I've seen them both, used niether. From what I have seen, it seems either would work about the same.

How's that for an uneducated opinion, lol.

I use the TUBE for my cold smoking. It works great as long as you follow the instructions for lighting it. It will last for 4 to 5 hrs. It also works in my GMG if I carefully place it at the right rear of the cooker.

I use the Maze Pellet smoker and get about 10 hours worth of smoke from it.

I buy the pellets through Traeger who ships them free with a 2 bag purchase...

I have the maze that uses pellets or sawdust; great tool for cold smoking.

I use the maze. I get 5 hours of smoke, but I light both ends to increase the amount of smoke.

I love my pellet maze, but I have never used the tube so I can't really compare the 2. I get a good 10 hours out of my maze though.
