Father's Day Giveaway

I've got one story on the blog entry, but here's another:

My dad always thought he was 'master of the grill'. He used to grill babyback ribs and had no idea what he was doing. They'd come off the grill with pretty much nothing left but some carbon residue on bones. We used to call them 'caramelized'. He thought we liked them, and kept making them that way! He got cured when he came to one of my first comps and tried some good ribs finally!
