Deejay Debi has a number of great pdf's with recipes and guides. She does all sorts of stuff, smoking, cheese making, beer brewing, even coffee roasting. Multi-talented woman.

It even lists nut shells for smoking. It says pecan shells it best for turkey. I just did a turkey. I'll have to try that next time. Thanks
