Not BBQ But Dang Good

friend of mine was in the Marines and kept telling me about this plate that he had while in Japan.so after a bit of research and some adding a bit of my own thought here we have all the way from South Ga. Taiku Raisu(Taco Rice)

All you do is make your rice normally and the make your meat and taco seasoning ,deep fry a tortilla place ricebed on top then fix up with regular taco fixings top with salsa and there you have it,i added my own touch by adding the deep fried tortilla.
