In Flagstaff, I really like Black Bart's. The food isn't great, but I go for the entertainment. Yeah, it may be a bit cheesy and not everyone's cup of tea, but I find it a very enjoyable way to spend an evening.

I lived out there for 5-6 years... Let's see. For Q, there's a joint called the Barbeque Company Good q, but check their hours before you go. Breakfast - Can't go wrong with Matt's Big Breakfast. Thai food - Lattitude Eight is amazing. Joe's Farm Grill has become a little touristy since it was on Diner's, Drive ins, and Dives, but the food at that place is dynamite.. Rancho De Tia Rosa's is the place to go for some good Mexican. Get the Tortilla soup. I know there's more I'm forgetting..

Damn, I'm a week late on this. I could go on and on about Phoenix places, really depending on what you are looking for. Shagdog had some good suggestions. If you pass through again, feel free to pm me or post here again with what you're looking for.
