Well it looks like I won't be able to hold the ABT's as long as I might need to.

I was wondering if I could hold some fatties for about two hours?

Any suggestions?

Brian, just my $.02 but that shouldn't be a problem. Foiled well and in the cooler should work just fine.

No problem. Just wrap them in a couple of layers of foil and then in a couple of old towels and put the whole wad into a dry cooler. You can preheat the cooler with hot water and then dry it if the cooler is cold. They should stay hot for two hours easily.

i always serve fattays at room temp after smoking them at least the day before and cooling in the fridge. but that's just me.
