Mods to cheap ass smoker

I bought two of these cheap smokers when I firt thought BBQ would be something I would enjoy. Pic below.

Here they are stacked:

For the latest mod I bolted the extra lid upside down under the base to seal off the smoker and bolt on legs bent out of aluminum flat bar.

The vent that was on top of the extra lid is now on the very bottom. The thermometer on the base leaves a hole about 1 1/2 that I will try to get a fitting for and add a ball valve for better intake control.
