Quintessential Chatty Farker
I have two weber gas grills, I just received parts for the Platinum, and fired it up. It seems to have a much better heat control than my other one, a silver B 3 burner, in fact I am about to give up on it because it just cooks to stinking hot. I don't care if I put it on low or high it has very little effect and the gauge is almost maxed out.
Anyhow now that I see their is a big difference which I think may be the cheap after market burner tubes, the Platinum are also after market but cost a lot more. Was wondering if I adjusted the air intake on the tubes, I mite get it to be a better cooker, or does anyone think it could be something else?
