I've been cooking bbq in many forms for quite a few years, but never had I made a moink ball. I've seen them on here for years and I always wanted to try them but somehow never got around to it. Last weekend I picked up a 6# bag of frozen beef meat balls from Sam's club. Bacon was selling 3# for less than $10. I figured why not. And now I can't stop thinking about why the heck it took me so long, they were delicious. Here are a couple of shots that I managed to take before they were all gone.
