When you cook ribs to be re heated and served the next day, how do you store them. (Stored in cooler on ice)

Aluminum Foil, or Plastic Wrap?

Not sure why, but for some reason thinking I heard its not good to keep them in foil, may be just an old myth.

How much time do you have to reheat/serve? Best imo would be to par cook them. Store in saran wrap, or even better yet vaccum seal them if you have the ability to Then finish the next day.

Foil should be fine or even in a foil pan covered with a sheet of foil and then re-heat in the oven. They won't be as good as hot off the cooker, but they should still be plenty good.

I'd also recommend throwing a little sauce in when re-heated to add some moisture content since they will inevitably dry-out a bit duruing the re-heat.
