What's the going rate now since pork went up so high?

I get these @ 1.79 lb and used to be like a buck per lb not long ago.....ugh

usually about 15% unless the service is exceptional then I might go 20

lol, i like the tips way more than the ribs. Sure they're messy but man are they good which is why i like them separate.
