Placement of thermo
 
Hey guys,

Need some insight on thermo placement on a uds. The thermo is at 9" from top of drum but need to move it 3 1/2" down to accommodate water pan I attached to my grate. How will this effect my cook temps? Any other suggestions are welcome.
