Brisket Pie
Had a lot of leftover's from last nights brisket cook. Had thought about making burnt ends, but never added the sauce. My wife took that meat, along with the garlic mashed potato's she had made, and put together this delicious meat pie. Another great use of Brisket.

Thanks all! My critique of this, was that there wasn't enough sauce in the pie. Guessing the mashed potato's sucked it all up. Made the same dish with leftover chicken and turkey; with thanksgiving coming up, I'm hoping a few turkey pot pies find their way into our freezer. Great, easy, make ahead meals

it's like a pseudo smoked Sheppard's pie.
I love the idea! |
