Frog Mats Question

I just have a couple of questions about Frog Mats

Where is the Best place to Purchase them?

Can they be trimmed to the correct size after I receive them?

Or would I be better off using Cedar Planks for Fish?

There are many places to purchase them and I've used a couple -- yes, I've ordered more to fill up the top rack too. I use mine on an almost weekly basis. In my opinion, these are quite different from planks as the heat and air circulate around the food. They can be trimmed easily.

I am not familiar with frog mats but wouldn't fish taste different when cooked on cedar planks?

I saw the price of those things.

I use splatter screens from the dollar store. I just cut the screen off the hoop
