Hello from Connecticut

I have been BBQ'ing, grilling and smoking on my Grilldome XL ceramic kamado for years and I have finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a dedicated smoker. I am not yet sure what direction I am going to go in, but I like the idea of a horizontal offset or reverse flow smoker. Looking forward to using the forum to help guide me in the right direction and when I get up and running hopefully I can contribute to the other members too!
