Nothin' special WSM ribs (pics)
Never got around to doing them yesterday. So, did em today.

Midway through cook, I strapped on my guitar, lost my mind, temp dropped to 205 in the 4th hour. Charcoal was mostly spent, so foiled to retain heat (windchill ~18*), jet-started some lump, pulled off the top and midsections and dumped that in, and let em finish at 270 for another hour. Those are special enough! Ribs are getting pretty danged expensive down in these parts also. Makes you chew on them bones real hard!
