Food Storage Containers

I am cooking 90 lbs of whole boneless pork loin next week. I am cooking it on Weds. night and need to put it in the fridge overnight to chill and then slice it on Thurs. I am looking for some ideas on what I can find to put them in to keep them airtight in the fridge.

Put them in a cooler with some ice packs.

Vacuum Seal Bags.... If using Weston bags, you can seal to refrigerate, open and slice then re-seal for freezing or refrigerator storage.

I'm not sure if other manufacturers bags are reusable like Weston bags are.
