I am proud to say it - I AM A BBQ ADDICT... I'll say it again! I am a BBQ Addict. I am loving this forum, the information, the help, the comradery - pure awesomeness! And let us not forget the Food Pron! I had to go get a bib.

Subscription will be coming next pay check ... I'm going for a Blue Star. Would have done it already but while at the Meat Market I dropped an extra #$30 on a Waygu Brisket for this Friday ...
