Roast beef cook

This is my try at deli type of roast beef.

Using Humphreys lump charcoal with hickory and apple wood chunks.

Have a little 3lb rolled rump roast.

Did you go to bed? At what temp did you decide to pull it?

c farmer 02-28-2014 10:31 PM

Bed? No. I pulled at 150. It is very juicy. Cant wait too slice.

GMDGeek 03-01-2014 12:59 AM

Do you have a meat slicer or do by hand? I usually take mine to this deli I know who slices it for me.
