Wow, tough call! I went with K-Jun too, as the idea of a pork-and-crawfish burrito just sounds too intriguing. Love the cook details too. Great job all around!

First he had me at pico de gallo. Then he really had me at bacon fat black beans. Then he REALLY had me at marinated flat iron steak but THIS sealed the deal.

In my opinion, none of them qualified as a "Big Farkin Burrito." (Size matters.) That said, my vote went to oifmarine2003, mostly because bacon and sausage gravy are the substance of life...
