First time with new smoker PRON!!!

A little late, but been super busy with an EO Leader Course that just started (over an hour each way in DC traffic). Made a bottom round, pork butt, and some ribs (first rack disappeared before I could even snap a picture).

How far do you cook that bottom round? Do you use it for pulled beef sammies or is it more of a medium for slicing? |
