A little late, but been super busy with an EO Leader Course that just started (over an hour each way in DC traffic). Made a bottom round, pork butt, and some ribs (first rack disappeared before I could even snap a picture).

Very nice.

How far do you cook that bottom round? Do you use it for pulled beef sammies or is it more of a medium for slicing?

Harbor, I cooked it to a medium (would have just done it rare but wife is currently pregnant and she wanted some). I'm using it for slicing for the most AMAZING little sammiches.

As for the new smoker, it's a Brinkmann vertical trailmaster I got from el depot of home.
