Hot Legs on my new Craycort.......PR0N
Picked up a Craycort cast iron grate for my 22.5 Performer.
http://i540.photobucket.com/albums/g...t/100_1917.jpg Took four legs and coated with EVOO and some S&P and put them on the cool side to render out the fat and slow cook em. http://i540.photobucket.com/albums/g...t/100_1918.jpg Here they are all crisped up on the hot side. The skin was incredible and they were really juicy. So far I'm liking this grate. http://i540.photobucket.com/albums/g...t/100_1919.jpg |
