I am working on doing spares right now but wanted to build a box. I got one from a local diner so it might not be exactly what they use at comps.

Sorry there is no food in this yet but I will update later. Any pointers on the build?

Looks great. The only minor thing I see, and it may just be the picture, is the difference in color in some of the parsley. I would put the lighter parts in the middle that will be covered by your meat.
 
I found out on my first one that I also built the bed to high! Other than that it looks really good.
 
A tip that might help is chopping your lettuce into finer pieces or strips. I used to have a hard time pushing the stem of the parsley down when I used chunks like that.
 
top 3 box's are not working for me
, the others are to high as stated.....
 
I can't judge a box without food. Because FOOD is the only thing a CBJ looks at. Anyone who looks at the garnish is a poor judge. I've never sat at a table and heard any judge comment about the garnish. If I did, I would have the Table Captain AND the KCBS Rep have a conversation with them.
