  • Made from 12 gauge steel
  • 1" of Ceramic 8 Density insulation
  • Intake 2" Ball Valve
  • ThermoWorks DOT For Thermometer

Wow. This is beautiful. It seems to me that insulated verticals are much more harder to build than stick burners. Would you say that is true?

Very nice smoker. That unit would compete with any of the other cabinet smoker builders. Some of them could take a lesson on that easily replaceable silicone gasket as well as the firebox/ash pan. I also really like the latches.
