Wow!!!!!! I for sure do not need a plumb bob, slide rule, calculator or wires running north, south ,east, and west to make good Q. To each his own beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!!!! If you take the fun out of it, it aint no fun. Never cooked a comp prolly never will and it certainly is not because i am skeered jst would prolly get frustrated. As long as the person eating the food and his companions like it i think it is wonderful!!!!!! The end has to justify the means and that is TQ's story and yep he is sticking to it!!! Have fun!!!
