Spaghetti Ala Homer and Grilled chicken good combo!!
 

I was grilling up some chicken spedini for dinner tonight I was looking for something different as side dish. The noramal box pasta or potatoes wasnt making us overly excited. I had a light bulb go off in my head and remebered how easy and delicous spaghetti Ala Homer was!

It went perfect with the chicken!!! I would defintly recommend giving it a try next time your looking for a pasta to serve with grilled chicken.

Here is how easy it is plus it only requires a few things!!
Boil spghetti noodles
Take 2 sticks of butter bring to light boil.
Keep boiling and stirring throught the foam stage
After it turns to a darker brown.
Pour over plated spaghetti that has been sprinked with Mizithra cheese!
If you cant find Mizithra cheese use Asiago and Romano mix
