Cevapi Fatty

I think this would count as a Fatty.
Wife (Vonnie) made these and we enjoyed them immensely.
Gravy was from a Brisket cooked on Saturday night for a Family Lunch.
Cevapi, Balkan Sausage blend, Diced Veal Saveloy and a 3 blend cheese from Costco.

Wow, I would inhale that brother!
Love that you incorporated the cheese, and left taste bubbles of snags in it!
Is that a sour cherry relish?

JohnHB 06-10-2013 07:01 PM

What a great fatty. I'm on next flight south.

Definitely a FATTY!! Looks great Titch. Is that a bankesa(not spelled right) pod in the fire. I have turned them on my lathe and they look good.
