My first off-set smoker and its modifications.
 
After many many months of lurking around these forums, reading numerous websites, and watching just as many YouTube videos I have finally built up my own off-set smoker.

Nice work. :thumb::thumb: I just sold the exact same model, and did most of the same mods. It cooked great but I wanted to try a Pro Q and the wife said one had to go.
