The star of tonight's dinner =) My buddy and his wife gave me the honor of doing the brisket for their Hanukkah dinner this year. How's it look?

Wait a minute. That looks a little like burned whitefish? It's another Hanukkah miracle. Turning whitefish into brisket.

how big/small was it??

WiscoKid 12-01-2013 06:26 AM

I believe it was about 11lbs. Was a very strange packer, being so small and the point was almost as big as the flat. It did make for really cool slices. Most of the slices were half point and half flat. Two different flavor/textures in the same slice. Like barbecue version of a porterhouse, lol.
