Is that a two inch pan that covers the whole table?

jbrink01 12-14-2008 07:16 PM

I don't believe I'd tell too many people that. They might :icon_sick
and call the health dept and try to shut you down or it will ruin your business.
I sure hope not but you never can tell.

KuyasKitchen 12-14-2008 11:09 PM

Did you buy it used or new?

jbrink01 12-15-2008 07:06 AM

It was new, and as far as the health department is concerned, it's a stainless tray...........

I never use it in public. It is only in my shop for prep work, and I don't tell many people about it, but every guy I know who makes sausage or cooks wants one now.

2" sides, and a drain in one end, it's great!

lazybonesmoke1 12-15-2008 11:54 AM

That my friend is the craziest thing i've ever heard. I want one too!

tony76248 12-15-2008 01:00 PM

where can I get one?

jbrink01 12-15-2008 01:05 PM

A friend of mine has a relative who is in charge of a local university's morgue. They did a total remodel and ordered a couple extra ;-) that he and I bought for $50 each. Maybe try an internet search???
