Pork butt and some neckbone Pron on the UDS.
 
Well smoked a pork butt and also at the same time threw on some neck bones. We usually buy them and throw them in when ever we make collard greens,or beans or something. Just adds another flavor to them. As for the pork butt did it at about 275-350...Had a little trouble with temps. But it came out the best I've ever made.Smoke ring was outstanding and so juicy it was incredible. Just some pepper and a pork rub that I found in the cabinet. all in all a wonderful day. Just enjoying some incredible weather in the Chicago land area.

Food was awesome!!Forgot to take pics of the neck bones before I hit them with the vacuum sealer.
