Paella

Last time I cooked a Paella on the Kamado there was no picture. This time there is. What a great way to cook it. Shrimp, chicken, clams, chorizo and peas.

Now that is a cool cook! Great use of a cooker that I am sure they never envisioned when they put it on the market. We use a turkey fryer gas ring but having seen that I am going to give it a shot on my Kamado
