Hi there,
Does anyone know anything about these, or where do they come from? We have tons of these floating around here in Europe and there is no information whatsoever anywhere about the producer! They seem to be pretty good actually.
The slaughter & processing plants are in Colorado, so I would bet the cattle comes pretty close?
The pic is from a trimming from the edge of the flat.
