Wingettes On The WSM (pr0n)

Cooked some wingettes on my 18 1/2" WSM.
Marinated them in olive oil, soy sauce, white wine and garlic powder.
I cooked them at 350F for about an hour.
They were juicy and tasty!

I love wingettes. The best parts of wings, cut up and easy to grill. Easier to eat, too. That makes them great for parties.

High heat on the WSM makes some great wings. You served p the best of both

Did you use any wood or just charcoal?
