Wingettes On The WSM (pr0n)
Cooked some wingettes on my 18 1/2" WSM.
Marinated them in olive oil, soy sauce, white wine and garlic powder. I cooked them at 350F for about an hour. They were juicy and tasty! On the WSM. http://imageshack.us/a/img69/6690/wings0201.jpg Getting there. http://imageshack.us/a/img805/6126/wings0202.jpg Pot o' wings. http://imageshack.us/a/img267/5909/wings0204.jpg Beer o' the day. http://imageshack.us/a/img197/9182/wings0205.jpg |
I love wingettes. The best parts of wings, cut up and easy to grill. Easier to eat, too. That makes them great for parties.
