Those should be good chunks for smoking.

I received a gift from that company. It was wood chips soaked in a liquid. After using the chips I took some of my chunks and put them into the liquid, guess they have been in there for about 6 months now.

At $47 figure about $1 per pound and the rest is shipping. I'm thinking from an I got over 300 acres of hard wood (hickory, oak (red and white), sugar maple & wild cherry) on one farm. I may have to get into this biz.
