Well I finally got my Kodak Easy-Share fixed (bypassed the damn thing!) thanx to Willcatt (Bill) & PCDoctor (Brian). Now if I can only remember how to do all this stuff .
I did up two 17 pound Cook's hams with my own injection & rubbed with Plowboy's Yardbird and a 9 pound pork loin that was rubbed with Simply Marvelous Sweet & Spicy. These were cooked on my brand-new-to-me Traeger 075 that I bought from Plowboy (Todd) :-D. I also had 13 turkey boobies that I brined and rubbed with Yardbird & 4 1/2 pounds of pig candy on the UDS.
The boobies were skinless, bone on breasts that I cooked for a halfway house that caters to Vets who have some problems with addiction. The rest of the food was our contribution to the family stuff-a-thon .

Thanx Kevin, I actually took the pics before T-day but the Easy-Share program took a chitt on me . Thanx to the "Tech" section I was able to get it bypassed :-D. The Brethren came through for me again!

I'm a vet with addiction problems.
I am addicted to BBQ!

Nice job Dave. Welcome to the world of pellet heads.

Hey Dave, How are the temps on your new cooker running from one side to the other?

Dan

Food looks awsome!!!

Congrats on the cooker! Looks like you gave it a good work out! Very nice Q...
Did you start with raw hams?

I'm not sure yet, I've still gotta do the ol' biscuit test .

Did you start with raw hams?

They were Cook's shank less, skinless hams that they claim are smoked. I did an injection of AJ, cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar & JD along with a good rub of Yardbird, wrapped them in saran wrap & refrigerated overnight. In the morning I gave them another rub down of Yardbird before they went in the smoker. I cooked them to 140* or so & coolered them for a couple of hours.

Your a good man Dave.
Thanks for keepin an eye on the boys, it's important.
Ed
