New Trailer needs...

I'm getting ready to order a new vending/catering/comp trailer. Is there anything that the folks that have one, wish they would have installed, but didn't do it initially? Also, anything you have that you think is critical would be appreciated.

I have an extreme bbq trailer. James will get you set up right. But you better get your order in soon so you can get it yet this spring!

:crazy:Before you make any decisions and or front anyone money for plans etc. that James will ask for, make sure that the quote you receive, is the top end, and after you finalise your plans it will either go down or stay the same if your supplier can't do that then look elsewhere

Heavy axles are a must. Who likes sitting on the side of the road with a blown tire right? Never enough capacity.high ceilings. 7'6" is great on hot days. 15k ac unit. 100amp service. External speakers and tv for customers. With the race or Game on they hang around. As big of a hood you can afford is nice. Just snagged a dual 40lber fryer with warming basket. Would love to add it to a trailer. A convection oven for the rear porch. A bump out for where the order window would be. Nothing much.
