How many ribs do I need?

Been asked to cook the meat for a party of 50. Brisket, ribs, beans, and tator salad will be served. I know to figure about 1/2 lbs brisket per person. My question is how many ribs per person?

What is the ratio of men, women and children? Any really big eaters involved?
Are you thinking full spares or St. Louis cut? Babybacks?

Doesn't matter, putting to much thought into it.

Spares= 2 to 3 bones per

With another meat, 3 bones PP will give you leftovers but always play it safe and you won't need to know what size guests your serving!
