BBQ Nachos

Would like to sell some at a festival in July. How much pork (4oz)? What kind of cheese and what do you keep it in/ serve from. Also what are you getting for it? Thanks

We don't sell nachos but we do have a hot ham & cheese.

We use the nacho cheese without the jalapeno and keep it in a crock pot.

I like the nacho cheese but not on the hammie sammie.

I use Tri-Color chips from Sysco. I think I put about 3 oz of meat, blend of cheddar and Jack, melted in a broiler. I'm charging $8 for these.

I think if you are doing it for a festival, I would find a cheese warmer and use the Tri-color chips. It will set you apart.
