Ok, first off I screwed up. I got all the pics all the way up to the dinner plate. So the money shot is missing. So shoot me. 70 chicken legs today. Plenty of dinner guests and always wanting some for leftovers I filled 6 leg racks minus 2 legs. Coated with EVOO, seasoned with Garlic Powder, Todd's Dirt and Dizzy Pig's Ragin River Rub.
Also done were some Lil Smokie Sausages wrapped in Bacon and seasoned with Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Firewalk. The DPJF is gooood stuff! Two dips for these, Hidden Valley Ranch, or Honey Mustard.
All went well and tased great, lots of compliments. Too darn full after dinner to do any more pics, so posted this as is and that is that. Thanks for stoppin in, hope you enjoy... Oh yeah, first pic is today's high in Mesa...
