Okay to start we started a carting biz under the name;
Souhern Smokers
and it is bombing!!!!
Next we wanted to do KCBS Comps and low and behold that name was taken.
So at the last minute we came up with;
Bluegrass Southern Smokers
we are from Kentucky (the bluegrass state) so we rolled with it...


BUT we are not digging it any idea?:
My wife said maybe "J Bonez" "Soutrhern Smokers"

make your name "your name", make it unique and personal. This question comes up alot and it seems that people come up with an "original name" only to find out several others already use it. be creative and good luck!

There's already a Bluegrass BBQ team, but I haven't seen them compete in a few years. Being from Kentucky too, I know how hard it is to come up with something which represents Kentucky in some fashion. As soon as I came up with Moonswiners, it didn't talke long until a team from Kansas City and one from NC to copy it. Now I got a Moon Swine Boys in my own hometown !!
