Thanks for the UDS tips

Hello from a newbie in SW Arkansas. I built a UDS and learned quite a bit of valuable information from this site in doing so.

I got a free drum from a re-manufacturer in town by taking in some old barrels for recycling. I went with a Weber grill mod (used a clamp to flare the edge) and a weed torch for lighting it. There are ports in the side for meat probe and K-type probe to read the temperature at both racks.

I'm posting a photo of the UDS in action...
