If you were considering attending a one day grilling contest that was well run in the past, what would you consider (for entry fees):

Reasonable

I think that's about right. I'm willing to pay in the neighborhood of 100-150 for a grilling contest.

The fact that it's well run definitely counts for a lot in my mind..

OC's #'s seem right but I guess you'd also want to factor in

Potential payout or type of award etc.

OC's #'s work. I only do one a year, entry is $100. No cash pay-outs, but category winners get nice trophy's and restaurant gift certificates. Grand prize winner goes to a world series game. Very well run event.
