Could not agree more. They don't build like that anymore.
The one I have came from my grandfather whose hardware company was a distributor for them 45 years ago. The cast iron cooking grates are now almost gone. Replaced the ash pan with a stainless version some years ago but the cast iron door and end panels along with the lid are vintage and in decent shape. We still throw some burgers on it every once in a while for old time's sake.
