B.I.G. Juicy Brisket
It's been a while since I was on asking for Brisket help. Nowadays Brisket is my family's favorite meal. Here is a short video of today's Brisket. Given the anniversary of the death of B.I.G., I thought the sound track and title were appropriate. No offense to any who don't prefer the music. You still may like the Brisket.

Is that Really a Big Fork or is it a hotdog holder used as a fork .. Either way I Like it. Hard to believe B.I.G. was only 24 when he left. |

I love you guys. Only the brethren love the fork as much as the brisket. I need to research the fork. I think it came in a set my wife bought for another purpose. More to come.
