New to this forum. Been cooking on fire since my early 20's. Recently upgraded to COS Oklahoma Joe Highland, from a WSM after 4 years. Still learning how to manage the fire / smoke output. Weber OTG, & a Blackstone 17 used mostly for camping with my wife, and 2 crazy rescue critters. I'll come clean and admit I have Weber gas grill too.:icon_blush: Navy Vet, Happily Married.. no really! married my best friend :kiss:, 3 grown children with my first grand baby on the way.
