Chopped beef for 150 people

I am going to be cooking chopped beef for 150 people. From reading all the posts here I am thinking 75 lbs uncooked for 1/4 lb servings? I am okay here? It is a dropoff, so it will be a self serve buffet line and it's mostly elderly people.

Should be plenty. For chopped beef I like to use Shoulder Clods for sliced I use Brisket Tips or Points. Good luck!
