Hey yall,
I am inheriting a char griller offset smoker that needs some tlc, wondering if it is worth my time to get it back into shape.

i think it is, especially at that price. will need some mods but many have very little issues.

I can't imagine a Char-Griller needing too much money to get it going. Grates and some sweat equity should be all.

I will post pics when I get it. The bottom is starting to rust out is the only problem ive seen on it. It didnt get used much, it just sat there and got rained on. ive got an old diesel tank I can use to wrap the bottom of it. I need a smaller smoker because I just had to cook 3 briskets on my big pit that holds 15
